-Can I pay by Western Union?

Yes you can. If you want to pay by Western Union, please add the products to cart and go ahead with the checkout steps by clicking "proceed to checkout" tab in the shopping cart. You will be asked to complete the steps. By Step 5, tab "Proceed to payment". By now, your order record is generated in our store system. And please ignore the next page about payment(because you don't pay by those methods). Next, please contact us for Western Union receiver information to fulfill the payment. Once you complete the Western Union transfer, please send us(by email to biz.spaelf@gmail.com) the receipt copy with MTCN code to confirm the payment. -I add multiple items to the cart but why the shipping cost becomes 1000$ when I checkout?

It really will happen if you added multiple items or multiple quantity to the cart. Please simply contact us and tell us your sign up(or going to sign up) email address and we will send you a unique checkout invoice. After the payment is completed, your order detail will also be recorded in our store system and we will send you an account(with password) so that you can log in our store to check the order and shipment status any time. -I paid via the unique checkout invoice from your company. How can I check the order status and get updated?

Many customers placed customized orders and have to pay via our unique checkout invoicing. It is possible to check the order status just within our store. If you have registered an account in our store, please tell us about it after you pay. We will relate the order detail with your account. Then you will be able to log in and check the status any time. If you don't have an account in our store, never mind. -Where do you ship from?

We are a China-based company and all our machines are shipped from China. All our shipments have tracking numbers and full trace information. (Back to Top)

 

 -How can I check the shipping cost to my location?

To check the shipping cost, please simply add the product to cart->View your shopping Cart->Click "Estimate Shipping & Tax" under Subtotal->Choose your country->Click "Estimate Shipping & Tax" button and the shipping cost and shipping methods will show up.

Please be informed that the shipping cost is accurate(instead of "Estimate"). If you have any question, please contact us for help.

 -Why do I have to pay a 1000$ shipping cost for each single product? Is it true?

Please don't worry. It is not true. If this happens, it proves that your territory is not included in our pre-set ship-to list. -Is your store offer Drop Shipping?

Yes. We will ship the order to the location you(as a broker) consign. As default, no information about SPA elf will be indicated in a drop shipping action. (Back to Top)

 

-Do you ship to South America?

Yes, we can ship directly to Middle and South America such Mexico, Panama, Columbia, Brazil, Chile, Puerto Rico, Bolivia, Venezuela, etc. Please contact us for the exact shipping cost. Import duty will be involved. However, if you have a forwarder in USA, we can ship the machines to their location and then they reship it to your final destination in South America. The forwarder will help you complete the custom clearance. Since we are free shipping to United States, the total expense can be lower than a direct shipment from our country to your address. (Back to Top)

 

-What can I do if my shipment is involved in Custom Event?

Sorry to say that we are not responsible for the custom event of the destination countries such as import duty, sequestration or reject. However, we will be positive to assist buyers in handling the case and we will prepare the documents or paperworks that are necessary and helpful to the clearance. (Back to Top)

 

 -Do you have DVDs or Videos of the machine usage to share?

-Do I have to pay for shipping if I return the machine?

Buyers needn't pay for the return shipping cost within the warranty period if the machine is not usable due to quality problems. In this case, we will pay for return shipping. But buyers will need to pay for return shipping if (1)the warranty period has expired or (2)buyer changes mind for personal reasons or (3)buyer has bought a wrong machine. Please don't worry. We always keep buyers' information anonymous. In the product reviews, your email won't be indicated in public.
